Hi everyone! I’m looking for a replacement tenant for my room from July 15 to August 30, 2026 for USD 1,187.

The room is spacious and will have a private bathroom in a 4 bed, 3 bath apartment on Sherman Avenue. The location is super convenient, just a 3 minute walk to the bus stop, 7 minute walk to the 9th Street light rail station, and 5 minute walk to Central Avenue and Market.

The roommates are exceptional, friendly, and easy to live with, which makes the apartment a really comfortable place to stay. This would be a great option for anyone looking for a short-term stay in a well-connected area.
