Room - furnished - for rent in a 2 bedroom apartment in Jersey City.
Seeking a FEMALE roommate to rent a room in a lovely apartment for $1000 a month. Utilities, internet, heat/hot water are included in rent. You would have space in the fridge and cabinet for your food. You can use the kitchen.
The person MUST pay rent on time and clean after themself and is quiet and respectful.
The room comes with a twin size BRAND NEW mattress (not pictured, as it was just ordered), closet, plenty of storage, a desk, and a drawer.
Ideal for a student, an older lady, or someone who works a lot.
Your roommate would be a lady in her 60s who is very chill, very Catholic, and unproblematic.

Required to move in: one month deposit + first month's rent, ($2000 total). Willing to work around on the deposit to pay it slowly, if you're a right match. Room is available immediately or at any point throughout the month for a prorated amount.

No pets allowed. No smoking. Apt located on the 2nd fl.
