- The house is located about 3 blocks away from the corner of Central Ave. & North St. at Washington Park (about 5-10 min walk away).
- About 5-10 minute walk to New Jersey Transit bus stop #119, #123, or #125 to Port Authority Bus Terminal on 42nd St. in New York City.
- About 15 minute walk to Ninth Street/Congress Street Station on New Jersey Transit Hudson–Bergen Light Rail.
- Walking distance to commercial roads like John F. Kennedy Blvd. and Central Ave. for bars, restaurants, leisure activities, etc.
- The monthly rent includes amenities such as an in-unit washer and dryer, internet, water, and electricity.
- The room can be fully furnished upon request.
- Depending on your proof of income, I am open to negotiating the monthly rent price.

Details about myself:
I work at an animal shelter, I'm very easy going, and like to keep shared spaces clean. During my free time, I'm usually running errands (grocery shopping, laundry,, working out, cooking, watching anime, or playing video games. I'm preferably looking for someone who is multicultural and/or respectful of diversity and plans on staying long-term.
