We are seeking someone to take over a room in a 2B1B apartment in Jersey City Heights, Jersey City, NJ 07307. This is. A small, cozy apartment with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, located in a quiet street but also at the center of transportation, shopping, and dining at the JC Heights!

The apartment is a second-floor walk-up. The room has two large windows that receive warm light in the morning and a good-sized closet. It has installed blinds and curtains for you! The two rooms are on either side of the apartment, granting both roommates good privacy. The Bathroom, Small kitchen, and dining room are shared. No washer dryer in the unit or dishwasher.

The tranquility of this apartment and area, plus its strategic and fun location, are its best features! It is just a few blocks from the main avenues of JC Heights (Central Ave and Palisade Ave), with the following establishments just at walking distance: laundromats, pharmacies, and an ample offering of restaurants from Dunkin Donuts and Burger King to Indian, Thai, Latinx, Vietnamese and other amazing food restaurants, as well as gluten-free and dairy-free bakeries, multiple grocery stores, coffee shops, bars, a yoga studio (SOL), gyms like the Heights gym on central or Firehouse Fitness on Palisade., etc. Transportation-wise, it is two blocks from Riverview Park and overlooks the city of Hoboken and NYC. Very close bus stops that will take you to Hoboken or Journal Sq in 15 minutes by bus (30 by walk), and 20-40 minutes to Porth Authority.

My current roommate, who will become yours, is Toby (he/him), a graduate student at Brooklyn College University, very nice, clean, and introverted, mostly keeps to himself in the room. He cooks sometimes, others orders out, and he is friendly and respectful. Likes movies, videogames, and music.

DETAILS: Move-in date June 1st, 2026 through January 31st, 2026, ideally a six month lease with possibility of shorter or longer extension for a full year. The security deposit is $950 Rent is $950, and Gas-electric utilities (including internet) have been about $40-$50 approximately. Heat and water are included!
