About the Room:
Looking for a cozy and convenient place to call home? I have a furnished private room available in a newly constructed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in Jersey City Heights, completed just last year. This room comes with a private bathroom, a comfortable bed, mattress, nightstand, desk, chair, closet, and a chest. I can also provide a comforter, pillows, and sheets if needed.

The apartment features modern amenities including an oven, kettle, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, blender, microwave, and dishwasher. You'll have access to a fully equipped kitchen with essential tools, knives, utensils, a variety of pots and pans, as well as plates, cups, and bowls. A washer and dryer are also in the unit for your convenience.

The building is pet-free at the moment, but I plan to bring my turtle from my parents' house in the future. The turtle will stay in its tank, so you won’t have to worry about it roaming around.
