Room available-Modern 2BR/2BA Apt Near Journal Sq

Hey there! I'm looking for one person to move into the available room my condo. You'll have your own bathroom and I wont be at the apartment much.

The space is a comfy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom furnished apartment in Jersey City Heights neighborhood. The space is great for relaxing or having some friends over. I have in-unit laundry, dishwasher, updated heating/air, and fast FIOS Wi-Fi.

The perk - I travel a lot, like 90% of the year, so you'll have the place to yourself most of the time. One bedroom is my spot, which I use as an office and for storage. But The other bedroom is all yours, complete with a jacuzzi tub in the attached bathroom. Feel free to decorate the bedroom and bathroom as you see fit. As you can see from the photos, when I was there most of the time, I used the dining room as a painting studio. It will be back to a dining area if you move in. I'd like to keep the living furniture and decor pretty close to what you see in the photos. Happy to discuss if you're interested.

Street parking is available. No specific parking spot, but it's just a 20-minute walk to Journal Square, plus $3 vans a block away will whisk you to Port Authority or PATH Train stops in no time. Even better, it's a 5-10 minute stroll to Central Ave, where you'll find parks and restaurants to explore.

To keep things simple - the monthly rent is all-inclusive. Electricity, Water, Wifi, Gas included.
