The bedroom features a full bed, and a tiled bathroom with bathtub.

The room is situated in a two-story duplex with all amenities (dishwasher, washing-machine, dryer) with an open space kitchen. There are two other bedrooms with own private bathrooms.

There is also a gym in the building, and an outside patio with bbq grill.

- Rent and deposit is $2000.

- Utilities included in the rent are gas/A/C, Heat, water -everything - no extra charge for these.

- Utilities including high-speed internet, electricity and cleaning are divided among us.

- No smoking in the building (courtyard is okay)/no pets.
