He is friendly rarely barks and is very calm and well-behaved

The living room is my private living/sleeping space and is separated with a divider, so it is not a shared common area. The roommate will have access to their bedroom, kitchen and bathroom.

I'm looking for a female roommate who is clean, quiet, respectful and responsible, preferably someone who works or studies and enjoys a peaceful home.

House expectations:

No smoking
No drugs
No frequent parties
Quiet hours after 10 PM
Occasional guests are okay with advance notice
No regular or extended overnight guests
Rent paid on time
Respect for privacy and shared spaces
Clean up after using the kitchen and bathroom

Rent: $1,100/month, including private parking.
First month's rent + security deposit required before move-in.
Electricity and internet are split 50/50.
