We are looking for someone easy going interested in a 10x10 bedroom in a beautiful 3br, 2 bath in Newport (55 River Drive) starting November 1st. You will be sharing the apartment with 2 easy going guys. The bathroom will be shared with you and one more person.

Apartment:
- Less then 5 mis walk to Newport Path Station with direct service to midtown and World Trade Center.
- Bathroom is shared with one other roommate.
- Gym is 2 min walk.
- Car garage attached with the building.
- Grocery Store and Duane Read in 2-3 min walk.
- Target, best buy, Newport Wall within walking distance.
- Laundry in the building.
- Rent is $1600 per month.
- Room is fully furnished with a bed, desk, and dresser included. Full closet as well.

Roommates:
- We are both in our 30s.
- We respect each other's privacy.
- We are totally cool with sharing but are respectful of each other's space and property.
- Cleanliness is a must. We strive to keep the apartment clean.
