Hey guys! We’re looking for a new female roommate to take our den bedroom at 30 Newport for $1,157/month! The room could open up as late as December, and you’d be joining our 12-16 month lease renewal. Official move-in date is TBA — just sending this out now as a feeler.

We’re about a 7-minute walk from the Newport PATH station and two stops from the Financial District! The room is small, but you’d have two closets, plus these building amenities and nearby conveniences:

* Short walking distance from Newport Centre mall
* Right by the Jersey City waterfront
* Parking available
* Target across the street

We just ask that you be mindful of guests! With the flex wall, our shared space is pretty small, so we appreciate a heads-up whenever someone is coming over or staying overnight.
