[8/13–8/31] Luxury Apartment Sublet in Newport, NJ

Hi! I’m subletting one room in a luxury 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Newport.

The apartment is only about 7 mins walk away from the PATH which takes you directly to Manhattan in about 10 mins (2 stops away). It’s a great location for anyone visiting NYC or staying in the area for a short-term work trip.

Located in a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment
1 bedroom is available during the sublet period (8/15-8/31)
No roommate in the living room, so you’ll have more privacy and comfortable use of the shared space

There will be two roommates. The master bedroom is occupied by a super nice and chill female roommate. She has her own private bathroom and will be at school during the day, so you’ll rarely see her.
The middle bedroom will be occupied by a male professional, and you’ll share the bathroom with him. Both roommates are very respectful, quiet, and mostly out at school or work, so you’ll have plenty of privacy and likely won’t see them very often!

Small room: $85/night

Only one person per room is allowed. No pets or unregistered guests are permitted.
Preference will be given to someone who can stay for the full period, but stays of 1 week or longer are also welcome, so feel free to reach out!
Security deposit: $500 (will be returned the day after move out as long as there's no issue with the rooms.)
