We're looking for a new master bedroom tenant at Pacific Newport, a high rise apartment building near the Waterfront in Jersey City, on the 27th floor.

Monthly rent: $1700+
Deposit: $1700
Utilities/wifi/trash/water: vary based on usage, but usually around or under $100
Dryer and washer units on each floor.

3 minutes walk from Path, 15 minutes to Manhattan. 2 minutes walk from Newport Swim & Fitness. Plenty of stores/markets and restaurants at walking distance nearby.

Tenants at living room (converted to its own bedroom) and 2nd bedroom are both male working professionals; quiet and clean; both cook.

Our current lease ends on 12/19; you can move-in around this time.
