Looking for Roommate

We lived here for a year but 1 roommate is leaving so we are looking for a replacement

2 male 1 female - will be your roommates

• IN UNIT W/D
• 5 min to Newport Path, Target, Morton Williams, Newport mall (VS, Zara, Uniqlo, Macys, etc). Only 8 mins to WTC / 12 mins to 14th st / 15 mins to 33rd.

We are looking for a female to balance it out, a working professional, clean , quiet and respectful of others, we do not bring the party to the apartment. We treat the space as a home to come back, feel good, and recharge. We can cook together, play tennis together, we are all friendly and kind and help each other out - whether you are sick and need medicine, run out of eggs, need your package picked up, or something else 🙂
