Hi everyone!! My name is Diana Polanco, and I’m in my third year at Pace University studying accounting! I’m currently looking for at least 2 roommates who would be interested in moving into a house in Jersey City, NJ starting by October!!

Long story short, the house belongs to a family friend who has rented it to college students for years. The current students are graduating/moving out, and she offered me the house as long as I can find roommates to fill the other spots!

A little about the house: it has 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a new in-unit washer & dryer, a beautiful kitchen, a small backyard, and accessible street parking! It comes unfurnished, so you will have to supply everything you might need!

It will be pet-friendly, as I have a super sweet and cuddly male cat! 🐈‍⬛

If we have 5 people total, rent would be $780/a month per person, utilities included.
If there are fewer than 5 people, it would be around $950/month per person, utilities included.

The house is in Jersey City, NJ, near McGinley Square. It's a 20 min walk to the PATH if you're commuting to NYC.

I’m looking for other college students, preferably girls, but I’m definitely open to other genders and occupations as well! Mainly just looking for people who are friendly, respectful, clean, and looking for an affordable place while in school.
