Sublease Room for Rent

Hi !

I live with two other female roommates and plan on moving out before August 15. So we are looking for someone to come in for August 15 or begin September 1st. I’m leaving because I am moving out with my partner so I will no longer be residing there.

The room is spacious as well as the apartment itself, the room will be unfurnished once you move in. There are cats on the property (incase you have a cat allergy) they don’t bother at all and usually stay in my roommates room. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. Utilities are not included in the rent, we pay separately and equally amongst us three (electric and WiFi range from 50-68$) they fluctuate during summer time because of AC usage. There are also laundry machines in the basement !

One roomate is usually quiet and keeps to herself but friendly and respectful. My other roomate (who is in charge of the apartment) is very sweet and friendly and is a music creative.

It is also a 14 minute walk to Journal Square Path train as well as public buses within a block of the apartment which make commute convenient. Also by journal square where there are supermarkets, clothing stores, and a Target that just opened !

A security deposit is required which will cost $850 and monthly rent will also be $850. In total to move in it will be $1700, one month security deposit and first month rent. We are looking for someone that will pay on time (it has never been an issue before and we want to keep that consistent).

We are looking for a responsible and clean roomate, creatives are openly welcomed! Preferably Spanish speaking female (my roommates first language is Spanish so it makes communication easier).

Vivo con otras dos compañeras y planeo mudarme ante de agusto, estamos buscando alguien para entrar el 15 de Augusto o primero de Septiembre . Me voy porque me mudaré con mi pareja, así que ya no residiré allí. La habitación es espaciosa, al igual que el apartamento; la habitación estará sin amueblar cuando te mudes. Hay gatos en la vivienda (por si tienes alergia); no molestan en absoluto y suelen quedarse en la habitación de mi compañera. La cocina y el baño son compartidos. Los servicios no están incluidos en el alquiler; los pagamos por separado y a partes iguales entre las tres (la electricidad y el WiFi oscilan entre 50 y 68 dólares, variando en verano debido al uso del aire acondicionado). ¡También hay lavadoras en el sótano!

Una de mis compañeras suele ser tranquila y reservada, pero amable y respetuosa. La otra compañera (que es la responsable del apartamento) es muy dulce, simpática y se dedica a la creación musical. El apartamento está a 14 minutos a pie de la estación de tren PATH de Journal Square; además, hay autobuses públicos a una manzana de distancia, lo que facilita el transporte. También está cerca de Journal Square, donde hay supermercados, tiendas de ropa y un Target que acaba de abrir.

Se requiere un depósito de seguridad de 850 dólares y el alquiler mensual también es de 850 dólares. En total, para mudarse se necesitan 1700 dólares (depósito de un mes y el primer mes de alquiler). Buscamos a alguien que pague puntualmente (nunca hemos tenido problemas con esto y queremos mantener esa constancia). Buscamos una compañera responsable y limpia; ¡las personas creativas son bienvenidas! Preferiblemente una mujer que hable español (el idioma materno de una de mis compañeras es el español, lo que facilita la comunicación).
