This house is beautifully maintained and restored, with lovely woodwork. It's not an exaggeration to call it "a dream home." Full bath with tub right next to the room for rent and a half bath on the first floor, off the kitchen.

First floor has a tv room and adjoining dining area. Full kitchen, great stove, an island, and a breakfast nook. There is a washer and drier and some storage in the basement. Several large closets and built-ins through the house for storage.

The house is roughly a 10 minute walk from the Journal Square PATH Train station which is about 20 minutes to Manhattan. There is a cute neighborhood down the street with cafes and restaurants.

The house comes with two roommates: David and Bob. You would be the third addition. David is a gay man and works Mon to Fri 9 to 5 in the city. Bob is a straight man who works various hours in the city as well. We have a friendly relationship and also give each other space and quiet.

The roommate for this place must have a steady job/income and be clean in the common areas. We're just looking for a chill, nice person to share this wonderful space.
