Private Room and Bathroom Near Journal Square PATH

Hello!

I have a private room and bathroom located in Mcginley Square, which is about a 10-15 minute walk away from the Journal Square PATH station. The building is in a safe location with small restaurants and cafes in the area. The apartment comes with all your typical appliances and there is also an in-unit washer/dryer. The building has a roof with two separate grills which can be used if you have guests over and like grilling. There is a bike storage room and package room as well.

This room will be available around the first week of June 2026. The lease will run until August 31, 2026.

The rent is $1500 and utilities average out to around $150/month (includes gas, electricity and internet).

I am looking for those who are looking for a short-term stay, preferably until the end of the lease.

There will be one more tenant who will be staying in the apartment and he will have his own room and bathroom. He is a working professional who goes to the office 5 days a week.
