I am looking for people willing to join a lease in a 4 bedroom apartment. It's a 10 minutes walk to Journal Square Station Path train to NYC. The apartment features high ceiling, window ac, and radiator heat, coin operated laundry next door, Cross street is Sip Ave. Garage parking only 1 block away. 3 bedrooms are the same size as I will be taking a smaller room. There are 2 full shared bathrooms accessible in the hallways. The property is close to Hudson Community college, Saint Peters University. Short bus ride to Jersey City University.
