Located on a fairly quiet block near Saint Peter's University and close to a supermarket and 3 bodegas nearby. Citybike is on Fairmount Avenue. 119 NJ bus stop is in the corner, and bus ride takes 35’ without traffic or 50’ with traffic. to Port Authority Bus Terminal, in Midtown Manhattan. Journal Square to World Trade Center is 11’ on the PATH. Journal Square to 34th St/ 7th Ave is 25’ on the PATH.
