I’ve got a furnished room with full size Bed opening May 1st in my Fairmount Ave Apartment which is 15 minute walking to Journal Square PATH station. The room is fully furnished with bed, desk/chair, in door close, 2 windows. and AC window

Located on a fairly quiet block near Saint Peter's University and close to a supermarket and 3 bodegas nearby. Citybike is on Fairmount Avenue. 119 NJ bus stop is in the corner and bus ride takes 35’ without traffic or 50’ with traffic. to Port Authority Bus Terminal, in Midtown Manhattan. Journal Square to World Trade Center is 11’ on The PATH. Journal Square to 34th St/ 7th Ave is 25’ on the PATH.

Available May 1 (and potentially earlier move-in) for a multi-month sublease (3-month minimum). If interested, please have basic financial docs and credit check required. Standard security deposit.
