Female roommate for newly renovated JC condo

Pre-war building with elevator and laundry in basement a block before St. Peter's U. 10 minute walk to JSQ PATH via Kennedy Blvd, which I do daily. Bus stop for 119 NJT to Port Authority, outside building door.
Furnished, West facing bedroom 9' x 13.25' everything included and brand new - queen sized bed, mattress, ceiling fan, Windmill AC unit, 2 nightstands and 2 closets, 43" tv with Xfinity cable, wool rug.
S/W corner unit is flooded with light. Open plan living with large living room, dining room and brand new kitchen with huge island, gas range with air fryer, pot filler, coffee machine...
The windowed bathroom has a tub / shower with 66" long, 19" deep soaker tub / shower with glass door. There is a dual vanity, so we would literally just share the shower and toilet.
About me - professional female 45+ work / spend most of my time in Manhattan. I love the arts, travel, dining out, occasionally entertaining in the home. Social drinker, non (nicotine) smoker...
I do not currently have a pet, HOWEVER, I will be getting a Siberian husky puppy sometime in late Spring, so if you are allergic...
I am an omnivore (except Indian food.)
Looking for a female roommate, professional, sane (lol). Although I would prefer someone 35+, I would consider someone a bit younger if they're the right person.
Basically, a cool, responsible person who would enjoy living in a really nice place with a cool roommate and 24/7 access to NYC.
