I have a private room and bathroom available in McGinley Square (about a 10-15 minute walk from the Journal Square PATH station). The room is currently furnished but you're welcome to replace the furniture if you'd like. The apartment comes with all your typical appliances and there is also an in-unit washer/dryer. The building has a roof with two separate grills which can be used if you have guests over and like grilling. There is a bike storage room, package room, and parking garage as well.

The rent is $1350 and utilities average out to around $100/month (includes gas, electricity and internet). The current lease runs until August 31st, 2026.

I am looking for working professionals who can maintain a clean and quiet space. I'd also prefer those looking for a long-term stay.

As for myself, I work remotely and sometimes work at nearby cafes and libraries and play video games with my friends in the evenings. I love working out in the mornings at a nearby gym and enjoy watching movies at the AMC in Newport Mall.
