The room includes a new bed that is only 3 months old, if interested. The bathroom would be shared with a one other female only.

The room is located in a 1900sf duplex apartment in a quiet, two family home. There is an in unit LG washer and dryer.

Excellent location in McGinley Square.
The home is located half a block away from Saint Peter’s University. Journal Square is a 10-12 minute walk away and there are several bus lines available on nearby Kennedy Boulevard. No pets. Utilities are not included in rent. Utilities are split amongst the four roommates which makes it very affordable.

There will be an income verification and credit check. One month rent plus one month security deposit is due upon lease signing.
