Room 4 Rent in prime area close to everything

Hi there, I have a large room available for rent that comes with closet shared kitchen shared living room prefer a female as I am a female, but would be totally down with a gay male looking for someone that does not work from home and is OK with cats as I have two of them, I’m very easy-going Italian American. I work three different types of jobs. I’m down to earth very unbiased. Just want someone that is peaceful. They do their thing and I do mine we become friends great I’m not a requirement. This is located in Kearney, NJ 07032. If you don’t have a car you’re fine. It’s close to bus train tons of shopping all I’n walking distance. It’s currently not furnished except for a new area rug so if you have furniture great if you would like me to get it furnished, then you would have the weight an extra week to move in as times are tough right now I do have a blowup bed I can put in there. Please message me if interested. . I do not discriminate, but you must show proof of income security deposit is 750 which is half of the security deposit I had to put down. I am including free Wi-Fi however we share cooking gas and electricity. The rent could be somewhat negotiable.
