Looking to sublet my bedroom for the summer between 28th May 2026 and 21 August 2026. The house is just an 8 minute walk from the PATH station, a 12-minute train ride to WTC, and a 20-minute train ride to Midtown Manhattan.

The current roommates are all students, and the place is ideal for people who are looking to work in NY/JC over the summer. Some utilities are included in the rent, and I'm willing to negotiate the rent and also the length of the stay.
