Available starting May 31. Rent is $1425/month + $2012 deposit.
5 minute walk to PATH (Journal Square).

Heat is included. Other utilities (water, electricity, gas, WiFi) are split evenly. In-unit washer/dryer.

Street parking available through the Jersey City Parking Authority (~$80/year).

You must pass the apartment's background/credit check before moving in. I would also like to meet in-person if possible!
