I’m Kyle, a 39-year-old professional in property management. The apartment is at 3 Journal Square Apartments in Jersey City. The bedroom and bath pictured are the ones available; they’ll be unfurnished and professionally cleaned before move-in. The bedroom comfortably fits a Queen bed. The living room and kitchen are fully furnished, and I’m happy to share kitchen items or make space for yours.

Commute: Directly across from the JSQ PATH: 15 minutes to World Trade, 30/45 minutes to Midtown/Brooklyn, easy access to Harrison and Newark.

About Me:
I’m a single gay man with a fabulous kitty named Coco (short for Coco Chanel). I love to cook, host friends, and maintain a warm, tidy, welcoming home. I have an active social and dating life and occasionally have guests overnight, but I’m always respectful of privacy, boundaries, and shared spaces. I work from home and value my time with my friends both in and out of the apartment. Outside of work, I’m a pianist, theatre lover, and general fantasy/sci-fi nerd. Social but not loud, I like a peaceful, comfortable, lived-in home.

Ideal Roommate:
LGBTQ+ folks preferred but not required—what matters is that you are queer-affirming and comfortable in a home where queer friends and gatherings are normal. Single occupant preferred, but open to a couple for the right fit.
