I am looking for someone to take over my full lease starting November 2025 through June 2026. You will be the only person living in the apartment.

What the apartment has:

View: Direct, unobstructed view of the Statue of Liberty and the water.

Furniture: All current furniture and a TV are staying for the next tenant to use for free.

Laundry: Has a private washer and dryer inside the unit. No shared laundry or laundromat needed.

Kitchen: Electric stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher included.

Location: Building is quiet, and the neighborhood is convenient, close to restaurants and shops.

Commute: A short walk to the PATH train station for quick access to Manhattan.
