Looking for a roommate preferably 23-26 yrs old (or someone interested in a fall/winter sublet) to share my loft. The unit sits at the top of a 3-floor walk-up, just a 5-minute walk from Journal Square, which makes getting into Manhattan (somewhat) painless.
The space has high ceilings, lots of natural light, plenty of plants, and is open to pets (preferably cats). You’ll have access to a well-maintained kitchen, bathroom, and shared living space. The kitchen is fully stocked and organized, with an espresso machine, pour-over setup, and more spices, seasonings, and cooking tools than you’ll probably ever need.
I’m a chef who works long hours, so I’m not home as much as I’d like to be, but when I am, I value a comfortable and creative space. Music is a big part of my life, and I often have something playing in the background, so my ideal roommate would be cool with that vibe.
