This is a private bedroom (as in the pictures), share TWO bath and kitchen with NYU master students and young working professionals (3 boys and one girl, one of the boy always on business travel). everyone has different schedule. no conflict in bath and kitchen (most roommates not cooking).

located on main strip of the city (Jersey City Journal Square area). You are steps away from the main supermarket, restaurants, gyms, bars, and all other bodegas and businesses.

Public transportation (subway “Path” and buses) can 10 mins get you to Manhattan, Financial District, Newport, Hoboken, Newark Penn Station and all surrounding areas. The room is also very close to all school like NYU, SIT, Steven Institute of Technology, Pace, NJCU, St. Perter, BMCC, HCCC, etc.

Apartment comes with, Fully Equipped Kitchen, and furnished bed rooms.

Each room will be: All utilities $50 +$20 water + $15 High Speed Wifi + Personal Lock Knob

When you decide to rent, standard Credit Check and proof of income/ fund (two bank statement and two pay stubs) is required by our landlord, international student is welcome, pls provide I-20, passport and US visa.
