Private landlord and with a few rooms available on Jan 1st. Some rooms have private bath and some without. The house is just one street from path station at 62 tonnele ave Jersey city. Extremely close to NYC. The common area is clean daily by the live in cleaner. Super is nearby. It is all inclusive and furnished. Security camera throughout the common area and electronic locks so it is safe. We are looking for tenant that will stay until end of May or for a 1 year lease. Send me a message if you are interested so we can discuss further. There is no fee to view the house and room. Current tenants are professionals and students at NYU or CUNY or Stevens.

We are licensed and state inspected so you can be assured that it is a legit housing and up to standard. Price starts at $1000 for a small room with shared bath and up to 1400 for private room with private bath for a yearly rate. Thanks
