Our Apartment locates on main strip of the city (Jersey City Journal Square area). You are steps away from the main supermarket, restaurants, gyms, bars, and all other bodegas and businesses.
Public transportation (subway “Path” and buses) can 10 mins get you to Manhattan, Financial District, Newport, Hoboken, Newark Penn Station and all surrounding areas. The room is also very close to all schools like NYU, SIT, Steven Institute of Technology, Pace, Baruch, NJCU, St. Perter, BMCC, HCCC, etc. 10-15 mins walk to the subway
Apartment comes with Washer & Dryer in the building, Fully Equipped Kitchen, and furnished bed rooms.
Share bath and kitchen with Steven IT master students and young working professionals (1 girl and two boys). everyone has different schedule. no conflict in bath and kitchen (most roommates not cooking).
Each room will be: All utilities $50 +$20 water + $15 High Speed Wifi + Personal Lock Knob
Please note: the room is NOT first floor, it's ground level.

When you decide to rent, simple Credit Check and proof of income/ fund (two bank statement and two pay stubs) is required by our landlord, international student is welcome, pls provide I-20, passport and US visa.
