Female Roommate Wanted - Perfect location apt

Hi! We have a flex room available in a 2B2B apartment, and we’re looking for a female roommate to join our lease starting November 20th. We've been living in this apartment for one year and really love it! So we're looking for a roommate to sign the new lease with us in the coming term.

Rent: $1,450/month + utilities (approximately $50–$70/month depending on the season). A security deposit of approximately one month’s rent is required by the building and is refundable at the end

Location: Newport, Jersey City
-5-minute walk to Newport PATH Station
-5-minute walk to Newport Mall
-Many grocery stores and restaurants nearby
Easy commute to Manhattan via the PATH train

About the room:
Flex room in the living room with a curtain for privacy
Unfurnished
With a perfect view of Manhattan skyline and Hudson river
Share a bathroom with one female roommate
Shared kitchen
One roommate have a very sweet and clean indoor cat who only stays in the primary bedroom

About the apartment:
We are very clean, quiet, and respectful roommates, and we follow a no-shoes rule. We are looking for someone who has the same standard of cleanliness and is responsible about cleaning up after themselves.
This high-floor unit is located in a great Newport apartment building. It features 24/7 doorman, other amenities like swimming pool, dog parks, study/conference room are available to residents.

We are both girls who work/study and are usually out during the day. We rarely cook—mostly reheating food or making quick meals—so the apartment is generally quiet and clean.
