I’m looking for someone to move in to a shared apt starting 8/31 or 9/1 for a 10-month lease. The room is part of a 2 Bed/2 Bath unit located at 9 Regent St. It's located in downtown Jersey City just a short walk from the Grove St Path station and right next to the Light Rail. Some amenities include washer/dryer in unit, A/C, concierge desk on ground floor, gym in building, pool access in summer, parking if needed. Your share of the rent will be $2250 plus half of utilities each month. A little about me: I'm a 34 year old male who works in NJ, and I enjoy staying active and going out to try new restaurants around the area.
