Hey all, I am looking for a flatmate to add to a lease we have signed for a great 3 Bed 2 Bath apartment we found, right next to Grove Street Path Station (2-3 minute walk).

The room is spacious, has 2 big windows, and a big closet. The apartment is spacious as well, with a nice balcony, gas stove, and in unit washer dryer. We have already signed the lease and will be adding you on to the lease. We are getting 1 month free on a 12 month lease, so effective rent will be even lower than 1700.

You would be sharing the apartment with 2 males (me and another guy). Both are vegetarians, working professionals, clean and responsible. The bathroom will be shared with the other flatmate. The current tenants would be moving out.
