Meet Your Roommate
You will be sharing the apartment with me, as I occupy the third room. I work as a server, so I am typically out of the house for work between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM every day except Sunday and Tuesday. I am a very clean, respectful roommate who always puts things back where they belong and stays highly aware of cleaning up in the kitchen. In my free time, I like to play some video games or play guitar when it is convenient. I am very welcoming to fellow musicians who want to play or practice their music here, just as long as we keep it respectful and not too late into the night.
Move In Terms and Logistics
- Move In Requirements: First month of rent plus a security deposit are required to move in. The security deposit is calculated as rent plus utilities multiplied by one and a half.
- Trash and Recycling: Taking care of trash is completely stress free here. You just place your items outside in the designated bins, and the landlord takes the trash out to the street on the proper accordance days.
