LEASE RENEWAL!
I am looking for a new roommate for my current apartment. My roommate is moving out. Looking to sign a year lease.

June 1st

-Location: ARLINGTON AVENUE Jersey City (1 min to bus, 10 min walk to Richard street, 14min walk to Garfield {light rail to exchange place [PATH]})

-Rent: $1150 a month (EVERYTHING INCLUDED)
You would have to get approved by my landlord.

-Security Deposit is $1575
(1-time payment, reimbursed at the end of the lease)

-Move in Date: June 1st

-Small Medium room

-looking for someone 24+ years old, nice, genuine, an artist of some sorts, good credit score, good energy, lgbtq friendly

I do currently live in this location, I need to find a NEW ROOMMATE for a lease renewal!

For anyone that has a car, it is street parking, but there is practically always a spot on the street!

The place has nice sunlight in the living room, and a nice layout! I would like to build open communication and a safe environment where we both feel comfortable to be ourselves at home. No dietary restrictions!!!

(I work at night so I am often up late. I also love to be up by 9am.)
