Lease take over

Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my part of the lease in a 2-bedroom apartment located at 829 Garfield Ave, Jersey City.

You would have:
• 1 private bedroom
• 1 private bathroom
• Shared kitchen and living space
• Convenient location with access to public transportation, shops, and restaurants

You would be sharing the apartment with one roommate who is a young professional. She works and is not home most of the time. She’s quiet, clean, and easygoing, which makes the apartment a calm and comfortable place to live.

I’m planning to move soon, so I’m hoping to find someone who can take over my portion of the lease as soon as possible. You would be replacing me on the lease.
