Hi everyone! I’m looking for two tenants to take over the Master Bedroom / Secondary Bedroom in my 2-bedroom apartment in Downtown Jersey City. This is a prime location, perfect for anyone working or studying in Lower or Midtown Manhattan.

Location & Commute

Address: 200 Christopher Columbus Dr, Jersey City, NJ 07302.

PATH Train: Just a 6-minute walk to Grove Street Station.

10 minutes to WTC (Lower Manhattan).

20 minutes to 33rd St (Midtown Manhattan).

Lifestyle: 1-minute walk to popular restaurants like "Lao Di Fang," Ahi Vietnamese, and various boba shops. It's located near the Downtown pedestrian plaza—very safe and quiet.

The Room & Unit (Move-in Ready)

1. Master Suite: Features a private en-suite bathroom for total privacy—no waiting in line!
Fully Furnished: Comes with a bed, wardrobe, and computer desk. Just bring your suitcase!

2. Secondary Room: needs furniture but very spacious

The Flat: Sharing the kitchen and common areas with two friendly male roommates (the third roommate is a male student current living in the living room converted Flex Room).

Note: Building has secure entry but no doorman. Laundry facilities are located on the first floor. Please note the master room light is on the dimmer side.

Preferred Roommate：

Currently a male-only household.

Looking for someone quiet, no party or drug, clean, and respectful.

Lease & Rent:

Term: Available starting mid-late March. Looking for a 1-year+ lease (No short-term, please).

Utilities: Wi-Fi is $33/month; Electricity is shared ($40-80/month depending on AC/Heating use).

Tenant Application Requirements:

1. Besides the lease agreement, also need to complete the application form and provide your ‼️W-3 form (as proof of income/employment), along with your ‼️employment contract or employment approval/verification letter.
2.‼️ Please also provide a copy of your ID (passport).

Payment method: Zelle or bank transfer.

‼️ When moving out, the room must be cleaned. If the inspection finds that it was not properly cleaned, a $150 cleaning fee will be charged.

Payment terms before move in : one month security deposit + one month rent.
