Hi,

I am currently looking for someone to take over my portion of the lease for this 3 bedroom apartment. I am renting 1 bedroom, which includes a bathroom (not attached but right outside the door) and access to the common areas. Very spacious kitchen with an in unit washer and dryer, and floor to ceiling windows.

The building is a luxury complex with a host of amenities including a rooftop pool, gym, sauna, shuttle to the PATH stations, and more. Please check the Hudson House East website for more information on the building.

I currently have 3 roommates, all good people, and easy to live with. Prefer no pets, as my 2 roommates already have dogs and are not looking for a potentially different dynamic.
