Need someone to break my lease

Hi guys,

Due to personal reasons I’m looking for someone to take my spot on a two person lease. The apartment is a 3 bedroom, one bath. My current part of the rent is $1100(which should apply to you as well). The apartment is located in Jersey city, a few blocks away from Richard street light rail station. Which makes it perfect for a commuter trying to get around! My current roommate Dani, is friendly and usually stays to herself. She does have two dogs(pictured is Koda) and another young golden retriever Pippa! Koda is super gentle and you rarely hear him at all. She has Pippa on a strict schedule at the moment as well. As for utilities they are split directly down the middle and usually are around 100 dollars a month.
