Home is occupied by mid twenties professional females, looking for similar. It's a great, central location near food shopping, gyms, stores, and restaurants with great new spots constantly popping up.
Common space is furnished, living room and dining room, and basic kitchen items are included. There is also a small backyard and laundry in the basement. Room is furnished with queen size storage bed, mattress, desk, and dresser.

Additional utilities cost for gas/electric could range about $30-$95/month per person depending on the season. Included utilities are water, internet, pest control, and bi-weekly cleaning.
