Huge backyard, recently renovated

Morning coffee, after-work drinks, or dinner under the big old tree?

Just a couple of blocks from the light rail, my recently renovated apartment has a big backyard, large living/dining room and a chef's kitchen.

Your sunny, furnished bedroom has 2 windows. There's a small closet and some more storage elsewhere.

The shared bathroom has a tub and rain shower. There's a private washer/dryer downstairs.

I'm an offbeat composer with a gentle scaredy-cat that I speak French to. She, however, speaks only cat. Hopefully you like cats (although maybe I should say cat, since Sylvie is the only pet allowed).

My ideal roommate is honest, friendly, cares about keeping the house clean, believes in clear, direct communication--and pays their rent on time ;)
