This apartment is within 9 minutes or 0.5 mile from New Jersey City University and also near Saint Peter's College and Hudson County Community College. It has 5 parks within 6.1 miles, including Liberty Science Center, Statue of Liberty, and Liberty Landing Marina. EWR Newark Liberty International Airport is only 8.8 miles away.

This is a 5 beds and 3 baths apartment. There are three young roommates, one man and two women, all in their early 30’s. There are only two rooms available for rent and ready to move in now. One is a master bedroom with its own full bathroom, walking closet and a private balcony. The second room has a generous closet space and shares one bathroom with two ladies, both rooms are unfurnished. Some utilities are included (Water, Sewer, trash disposal and collection, 940/880 Verizon Internet/WiFi). PSE&G is split evenly within all roomies. The apartment has a gorgeous open kitchen with plenty of cabinets and is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances (fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher). Hardwood floors throughout, washer & dryer, Intercom system, central heat & air conditioner.

Free street parking (alternate parking). One driveway parking space available! BJ’s, Costco & Walmart membership access, including same day delivery. Must have employment and proof of income & identity required (state ID or passport). One month and a half for security deposit and first month rent in advance, for a one year lease and keys. No month to month, short terms or barter. This is due the day you’re set to move in.

We’re seeking to room with like minded people (NO SMOKE, NO VAPING, NO DRUGS, NO ALCOHOLICS *social drink okay) responsible, respectful, clean, organized and with great positive energy! The house is located 2 blocks walking distance from Hudson Medical of New Jersey 2120 John F Kennedy Blvd Jersey City, NJ 07305 and one block from Glenn D Cunningham Branch Library Martin Luther King Jr Dr Jersey City, NJ 07305. Currently considering single-occupancy of the bedrooms, one person per room. Unfortunately there’s a NO pets policy. Occasional visitor/s is okay with the approval of all the other roommates.
