Hardwood floors throughout, washer & dryer, Intercom system, central heat & air conditioner.

Free street parking (alternate parking). BJ’s, Costco & Walmart membership access, including same day delivery. Must have employment and proof of income & identity required (state ID or passport). One month and a half for security deposit and first month rent in advance, for a one year lease and keys. No month to month, short terms or barter. This is due the day you’re set to move in.
