Looking for Renter for Beautiful House in JC

Looking for a housemate to move into a house in Jersey City Heights.. Currently open is a huge master bedroom with a private full bathroom. There is another full bathroom on the first floor and a very large open living room and kitchen (dishwasher, new appliances, etc).

There is also a garage available for storage and a washer machine inside (no dryer, long story). The house is only 7 years old and is in excellent shape. Central AC. Hardwood floors.

I've been in the house for all 7 years and love it. My good buddy and longterm housemate is moving out in December and I'd like to stay here for another 6 months or a year. My bedroom is on the bottom floor, so I'll be sharing the living room and kitchen. I'm quiet, clean, easy-going. I'm a lawyer who works hybrid. I also have an awesome rescue dog (Leda) who is a Jindo. She's super sweet and well-trained.

Looking for quiet, courteous housemates. Rent is $1,200 and all utilities are split. The Heights is a cool neighborhood and it's a cool community here. Walking distance to the light rail and literally 50 feet from a bus stop for the 85, 87, 119 that takes you into the city or all over Jersey City/Hoboken.
