I currently live in a 2 bedroom right in the heart ❤️ of downtown on York St (off of Grove). It has central air, a dishwasher, laundry in the basement as well as a storage block in the basement. (It is a 4th story walk up) It is walking distance (5 mins) to Grove St PATH. It is on a one way and I park my car on the street with no issues. Move in date Sept 30.
