Private room for rent. Looking for a roommate to replace me (current tenant moving out) for the beginning of August in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Journal Square, Jersey City.

The room available is on a quiet street in the Journal Square section of Jersey City and is also within walking distance of the Path and an easy commute into the City. It is also conveniently located right next to McGinley Square. The bedroom is about 122 square feet and shares a bathroom. The unit is close to public transportation and is conveniently located near downtown Jersey City's Restaurants, Shops, Nightlife. The apartment is fully renovated with upgraded kitchen appliances. Please note that the pictures shown are from the original listing and different furniture has replaced it. The apartment was recently purchased. The current roommates have a majority of the furniture needed to furnish the place. I am also looking to part ways with a lot of my furniture as I move out (mattress, bed, dresser, etc.) and would be happy to work out an agreement with whoever is replacing me, if they would like any of it.

On the weekends in a non covid world we usually spend time, meeting up with friends, going out, and living generally active lifestyles.
