Property

The apartment is a two bedroom, has a full, recently renovated, separate kitchen, large living, full bathroom, and a decent amount of closet space. The apartment and available room is mostly unfurnished. (The picture of the bedroom is posted) There is laundry in the basement of the building. Grocery store and gym within walking distance. At the moment there is no wifi, but it will be easy to get it reinstalled.

The apartment is 1 mile away from the Journal Square Path Station, but there are plenty of buses to and from the station. There are also Citi bikes at the bottom of the street and a docking station at the Journal Square.

New tenant must provide proof of income and must have a regular job.
A little about me:

I?m a musician, (into post punk, noise rock). I?m in my thirties, I?m friendly, outgoing and very clean, quite and responsible. I work in the city, I don't bring the party home. I?m very respectful with other people?s space. I expect the same. I usually practice (electric bass) at home when there?s no one around, otherwise I use headphones. I also love to cook.
