Room Avail for Rent in Jersey City, NJ

A bedroom in a two-bedroom apartment is available for move in starting on 7/1/19. I am moving out and my current roommate is staying. We're located in downtown Jersey City, NJ near the Jersey Ave Light Rail stop and Grove Street PATH.

About the Apt:
We're on the second floor in an apt with mostly professionals and families. We have one shared bathroom (under the sink storage) and a good-sized living room. In the living room is a flat-screen TV and couch so no need to bring your own. Kitchen is an open space combined with living room.

About your Room:
This room is the larger of the two and comfortably fits my current full-size bed, a dresser, a nightstand and a makeup vanity. Closet is roomy too with above rack space. I currently have two suitcases up there. I have a window AC unit that I'll leave for you.

About my Roommate:
We have a cleaning schedule where we switch off on weekends so the place is always really clean. She's 27 and works full-time.

About the Potential Roommate:
Female only, non-smoker in her 20s. Must show source of steady income and be clean.

About the Price:
$920 a month. We also pay utilities (electric + cable). There is street parking but I don't have a car so I've never worried about it. No broker fees involved either.
