Looking for a roommate in a spacious and clean 1 bedroom condo in Jersey City.

There is one professional female roommate in the mid 30?s living in the room and I?ve been living in the living room with a private wall and curtain. Roommate is usually at work on weekdays from 7:30am-7:00pm. All utilities are included in the rent.

Washer and dryer in unit. Kitchen includes microwave, dishwasher, oven, and water filter. 6-min walk from the Grove Steet Path station. There is Marin Blvd light rail station right in front of apartment so it is convenient to go to Newport, Hoboken, West New York, and Bayonne. There is also a ferry station that goes to lower Manhattan 3-min walk away.

24-hour doorman and security. Dry cleaning pick-up and delivery available. Free fitness center, 2 outdoor lounges and 1 indoor lounge.

There are cafes, restaurants, starbucks, liquor store, shoprite, 99 ranch market, newport mall near the building.
