Living and Dining Room

Two furnished rooms available in a brick townhouse on a beautiful tree lined street. The street is very peaceful and safe and constantly patrolled by the NJCU campus police. This shared house has a kitchen, dining room, living room, half bathroom in the kitchen, full bathroom on the 2nd floor (which will be shared by only one other person), laundry room, hardwood floors, heat, wifi, air conditioning and a backyard. There is only street parking available. It is a short walking distance to the West Side Light Rail Station which connects to the PATH station to NYC. It takes approximately 30 minutes to get to Manhattan with public transportation or 20 minutes by car.

Rent: (utilities included in the rent price)
-Large Room: single person = $1250 w/o parking or $1350 w parking (available Sep 1)
-Medium Room: Not available (taken)
A security deposit of one and a half months is needed upfront in addition to the first month’s rent , upon move in.

***Available viewing days: Tuesday & Wednesdays. Looking for a female roommate. No pets and no live-in boyfriends. Looking for long term tenants, a minimum of 6 months required.
